This policy covers the SudokuSwap app for iPhone and iPad. In short: the app collects no data.
All game data — solved boards, daily results, streaks, in-progress boards, notes, and preferences (theme, animation style, colorblind mode) — is stored only on your device. The Home Screen widget reads the same data through Apple's app-group storage on that same device. Nothing is ever transmitted to us. The app has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking.
Leaderboards and achievements are provided by Apple's Game Center, which is optional and tied to your Apple Account. When you are signed in to Game Center, your scores and achievements are submitted to Apple and handled under Apple's privacy policy. We operate no servers for this and never receive that data.
Deleting the app erases all of its data from your device. Game Center data can be managed in your device's Settings under Game Center.
If the app ever adds online features, this policy will be updated before any personal data is collected.
